Heat Pump Medics and their tech, Craig, were great. Got my heat pump up and running no problem. When initially installed last year by another company the Bluetooth app was not set up. Craig did follow-up research on the unit and was able to determine that the unit was Bluetooth compatible, and when he obtained the info he returned and set me and the unit up with Bluetooth.
