Our Process
Diagnose. Prescribe. Install.
Most installers hand you a unit and a price. We assess your home like a doctor assesses a patient — then recommend exactly what it needs. No guesswork. No upselling. No side effects.
Diagnose
Free In-Home Diagnosis
One of our technicians visits your home at no charge. We assess your space, your insulation, your current setup, and how you actually use the rooms. The goal: an honest prescription, not the biggest possible sale.
Prescribe
The Right System at the Right Price
You get a clear, upfront quote for the system we actually recommend — sized right for your home, at our fall sale pricing. No surprise fees when the job is done. What we quote is what you pay.
Treat
Professional Installation, Start to Finish
Our own Red Seal certified technicians handle everything — delivery, installation, electrical, and full system testing. No subcontractors. We clean up completely and walk you through the system before we go.
The Best Coverage in Fredericton
Up to 12 Years Parts & Service — We Call It a Treatment Plan
Most heat pump installers in Fredericton offer a 5 or 7-year warranty and call it a day. On qualifying systems, Heat Pump Medics backs your installation with up to 12 years of parts and service coverage — the longest treatment plan in the business.
That's not a number we invented. It's the manufacturer warranty available on qualifying Gree systems, paired with our commitment to service everything we install. When you invest in a heat pump with us, you're covered for the long haul.
Think of it this way: a healthy home deserves a long-term plan. Our 12-year coverage is that plan — protecting your equipment, your comfort, and your investment well into the future.

Why Install This Fall
The Best Time to Install a Heat Pump Is Before You Need It
Once the first real cold snap hits, every homeowner in Fredericton is calling for the same appointment slots. Booking this fall gets you in before the winter rush — at our fall sale pricing.
Beat the Winter Rush
Right now we can still schedule your installation at a time that works for you. Winter bookings fill up fast — homeowners who install this fall don't scramble when the temperature drops.
Fall Sale Pricing Is On Now
Our fall sale pricing is on now. Book early, we plan the job properly, and we pass those savings on to you. The price you get today won't be the price you get in January.
Ready Before the Cold Arrives
A heat pump installed and commissioned this fall is a heat pump you know works before winter sets in. No surprises. No emergency calls. Just reliable warmth when you need it.
Start Saving on Energy Bills Sooner
A new heat pump is cheaper to run than electric baseboards and far cheaper than oil. Every month you delay is a month of higher energy bills. Install now and start saving before winter.

Very professional, competitive pricing and detailed. We had three folks come out and give us quotes and Heat Pump Medics was the only estimator that noticed a missing surge protector on our existing unit. Cleaned up after themselves, arrived on time and were courteous throughout the installation.

Kraig and Dan installed 2 heat pump units in my home in one day by 1 pm. They came to do the job on the day it was planned, on time at 9 am. And both units were running and cooling my place in the summer weather that same day. After 1 pm, I was able to remove 2 portable air conditioners taking up space that were noisy and one had a pail for water overflow. The electrician was available as needed throughout the installation and there were no delays. After the job was complete, we were shown how to use the units by Kraig and it was easy to follow. Price was same as agreed before installation. I feel better knowing that a local company also provides service for these units and warranty.

These guys went far beyond what was expected. They were able to find out after searching through manufacturers and installers that the unit was under warranty. With that said, they were able to swap out the old for the new at a very minimal cost. The installation itself was completed in a timely fashion. Awesome work guys and thank you.

I had a great experience with Heat Pump Medics. I shopped around quite a bit before making a decision, and from the beginning they were honest, patient, and took the time to walk me through all the options without pushing me toward something bigger or more expensive than what I actually needed. They really listened to my concerns, worked with my budget, and helped me find a solution that made sense for my house and comfort preferences. The whole team was professional, experienced, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. Very happy with the result and I would definitely recommend them.
