Heat Pump media's and their tech, Craig were great. Got my heat pump up and running no problem. When initially installed last year by another company the blue tooth app was not setup. Craig did followup research on the unit and was able to determine that the unit was blue tooth compatible, and when he obtained the info returned and set me and the unit up with Bluetooth.
