Heat Pump Installation & HVAC Services in Fredericton

Dan was very professional and informative. He was patient and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He did everything I asked for and was a pleasure to have in my home. He cleaned up quickly.

Had Dan come in and do a routine inspection on my 2 mini splits. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. The price was great as well. I would definitely give them a shot.

I would highly recommend Heat Pump Medics. Thank you so much Brian and Alex for your services. I would like to express my gratitude to your team; Dan and Kraig did an excellent job with the installation. They were both highly professional and exceptionally neat.

Very professional, competitive pricing and detailed. We had three folks come out and give us quotes and Heat Pump Medics was the only estimator that noticed a missing surge protector on our existing unit. Cleaned up after themselves, arrived on time and were courteous throughout the installation.

Very friendly great service. Totally cleaned up after and was quick. The air is on now and it's very chilly so I guess it really did need to have a cleaning. I would refer this company to anyone.

My mini split had a clogged drain which resulted in water leaking down my wall. I tried calling a couple companies but couldn't get an answer. So I tried these guys - not only did they respond to the situation, they were fast, efficient, and were very knowledgeable! Shout out to Craig for the help in the heat. Fantastic service, fair price, and definitely my go-to company from here on out.

It was a pleasure dealing with Heat Pump Medics from the first initial call until the technician left our home. We're selling our home and a condition of the sale was to have the heat pumps and HVAC serviced and cleaned. The technician arrived early and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Even though we are selling this home, I learned a few things! Will definitely call on this company again!

Dan was professional, very friendly, respectful and informative. He absolutely knows his profession. Dan took the time to explain a couple of questions I asked. Dan cleaned up after he finished and you wouldn't have known he had been in the house. I am very content and confident in the maintenance check and cleaning of my heat pumps. No inconvenience at all. Would highly recommend.

These guys went far beyond what was expected. They were able to find out after searching through manufacturers and installers that the unit was under warranty. With that said, they were able to swap out the old for the new at a very minimal cost. The installation itself was completed in a timely fashion. Awesome work guys and thank you.

Had them install a new unit in the bedroom, and a fan motor replaced on my older unit. The guys were on time, quick, professional, and pleasant to work with!

Besides having to wait for an electrician, work was done very quickly. The guys were very helpful and answered any questions we had, and gave us a very good demonstration on how to use the heat pumps!

I'm very pleased with the service we received. Prompt and professional response. Took advantage of their deal on spring time maintenance for our three Haier heat pumps.

Great service from this company. They were able to get here fast and the employees I dealt with were exceptional. I will be telling everyone I know to switch to this company for all their heat pump needs :) So glad I made the switch to this company.

Contacted Heat Pump Medics recently as our fan motor was starting to get noisy. Received a prompt email response from Alex advising they could absolutely help out with our warranty concerns and even offered us a discount. Would highly recommend for your heat pump needs.
