I would highly recommend Heat Pump Medics. Thank you so much Brian and Alex for your services. I would like to express my gratitude to your team; Dan and Kraig did an excellent job with the installation. They were both highly professional and exceptionally neat.

Very professional, competitive pricing and detailed. We had three folks come out and give us quotes and Heat Pump Medics was the only estimator that noticed a missing surge protector on our existing unit. Cleaned up after themselves, arrived on time and were courteous throughout the installation.

Kraig and Dan installed 2 heat pump units in my home in one day by 1 pm. They came to do the job on the day it was planned, on time at 9 am. And both units were running and cooling my place in the summer weather that same day. After 1 pm, I was able to remove 2 portable air conditioners taking up space that were noisy and one had a pail for water overflow. The electrician was available as needed throughout the installation and there were no delays. After the job was complete, we were shown how to use the units by Kraig and it was easy to follow. Price was same as agreed before installation. I feel better knowing that a local company also provides service for these units and warranty.

These guys went far beyond what was expected. They were able to find out after searching through manufacturers and installers that the unit was under warranty. With that said, they were able to swap out the old for the new at a very minimal cost. The installation itself was completed in a timely fashion. Awesome work guys and thank you.

Had them install a new unit in the bedroom, and a fan motor replaced on my older unit. The guys were on time, quick, professional, and pleasant to work with!

I had a great experience with Heat Pump Medics. I shopped around quite a bit before making a decision, and from the beginning they were honest, patient, and took the time to walk me through all the options without pushing me toward something bigger or more expensive than what I actually needed. They really listened to my concerns, worked with my budget, and helped me find a solution that made sense for my house and comfort preferences. The whole team was professional, experienced, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. Very happy with the result and I would definitely recommend them.

Besides having to wait for an electrician, work was done very quickly. The guys were very helpful and answered any questions we had, and gave us a very good demonstration on how to use the heat pumps!

Heat Pump Medics provided exceptional service from start to finish. My initial inquiry was handled knowledgeably and expeditiously. I was impressed with the knowledge and sound advice Brian provided when he came to assess my needs. The quote was very reasonable. The installation was done professionally, and I am delighted with the improvement in my heating. I highly recommend this company, and I will be using them again for the next phase of my renovation project.

My mini split had a clogged drain which resulted in water leaking down my wall. I tried calling a couple companies but couldn't get an answer. So I tried these guys - not only did they respond to the situation, they were fast, efficient, and were very knowledgeable! Shout out to Craig for the help in the heat. Fantastic service, fair price, and definitely my go-to company from here on out.

Very easy to deal with, quick service. The gentleman that serviced and fixed my unit was top notch. Thanks Craig.

Contacted Heat Pump Medics recently as our fan motor was starting to get noisy. Received a prompt email response from Alex advising they could absolutely help out with our warranty concerns and even offered us a discount. Would highly recommend for your heat pump needs.

Heat Pump Medics and their tech, Craig, were great. Got my heat pump up and running no problem. When initially installed last year by another company the Bluetooth app was not set up. Craig did follow-up research on the unit and was able to determine that the unit was Bluetooth compatible, and when he obtained the info he returned and set me and the unit up with Bluetooth. Definitely a step up beyond the call of duty. Thanks Craig, Brian and Heat Pump Medics. A great 👍 company.
