Very professional, competitive pricing and detailed. We had three folks come out and give us quotes and Heat Pump Medics was the only estimator that noticed a missing surge protector on our existing unit. Cleaned up after themselves, arrived on time and were courteous throughout the installation.

Kraig and Dan installed 2 heat pump units in my home in one day by 1 pm. They came to do the job on the day it was planned, on time at 9 am. And both units were running and cooling my place in the summer weather that same day. After 1 pm, I was able to remove 2 portable air conditioners taking up space that were noisy and one had a pail for water overflow. The electrician was available as needed throughout the installation and there were no delays. After the job was complete, we were shown how to use the units by Kraig and it was easy to follow. Price was same as agreed before installation. I feel better knowing that a local company also provides service for these units and warranty.

These guys went far beyond what was expected. They were able to find out after searching through manufacturers and installers that the unit was under warranty. With that said, they were able to swap out the old for the new at a very minimal cost. The installation itself was completed in a timely fashion. Awesome work guys and thank you.

Had them install a new unit in the bedroom, and a fan motor replaced on my older unit. The guys were on time, quick, professional, and pleasant to work with!

Besides having to wait for an electrician, work was done very quickly. The guys were very helpful and answered any questions we had, and gave us a very good demonstration on how to use the heat pumps!

Dan came to maintain my central heat pump. Besides filter changes, it had not been cleaned since 2015. I hinted at possibly needing a deep clean job. Upon checking, he said it was still very clean and did not need a deep clean. To me this speaks volumes about the level of honesty of the business. It would have been an easy upsell, but they have shown that they are not about extracting as much money as they can from their customers. The service was great, I had some concerns that Dan answered and when he wasn't sure, he wasn't afraid to say "I don't know, but I'll check and come back to you"; which again, is a sign of professionalism: they don't make things up. Very happy with the service and I have no issues recommending them if you are looking for an honest, no BS business.
